I wanted to learn how to reduce weight with the help of hypothyroidism. I know that there are only two main types of thyroid conditions - thyroid gland (hypothyroidism) and over activity of the thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), a lot of reasons. People with hypothyroidism have a propensity to gain weight and will be "difficult" to our thyroid function has a direct impact on our metabolism. When the thyroid is also softer our metabolism slows down. According to experts, the metabolism is a major factor in the loss of personal effort. There is another reason that people gain weight because of hypothyroidism is likely to cause damage to the thyroid body to retain more fluid than it should. More fluid will donate to the weight and feel stuffed. Last but not least, because the thyroid also reasons people to feel lazy and lethargic, leading to decreased physical activity. Lack of physical activity means that people do not use the calories, but not stored, usually in bold. We do not have sufficient physical activity, the basic metabolism is reduced, and so is really a vicious circle.

  1. I'm glad I read this post. A few months ago, my thyroid was tested.Then my doctor said that it was normal. I'm about to be retested in a few weeks (if the level has gone down,he wants me to start medication). Good thing I discovered bovine thyroid ...I feel my energy is renewed.
